The Dodge Omni was a front-wheel-drive vehicle introduced by the Dodge division of Chrysler in the 1978 model year. The Omni was a part of the first successful front-wheel drive models that Chrysler produced which included the Dodge Aries and the Dodge Caravan. It came with several engine options including a 1.6L l4 and a 2.2L K l4 as well as a 2.2L Turbo engine in later models. It was succeeded by the Dodge Shadow in 1990.
